Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):

The return address will be provided to you after contacting us by email.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Hygiene Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) No. 3 German Civil Code or corresponding EU consumer protection regulations).
