We appreciate your interest in our online shop. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below, we provide detailed information about how we handle your personal data.

1. Access Data and Hosting

You may visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time a website page is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which may include the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the access.

This access data is evaluated solely for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the website and improving our offering. This is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interests in the proper presentation of our website. All access data is deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit.

2. Data Collection and Use for Contract Processing, Contact Requests, and Customer Accounts

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order, when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or email), or when opening a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such, as we require this data to process your contract or handle your inquiry. Without this information, it is not possible to complete the order or submit a contact request.

The data collected is evident from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract processing and handling your inquiries.

If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR by choosing to create a customer account, we will use your data for the purpose of setting up the account.

After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiry of statutory retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use or we are legally permitted to use the data beyond this scope.

You may delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to the contact details listed above or by using the designated function in your customer account.

3. Data Sharing

To fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, we pass your data on to the shipping company commissioned with delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.

Depending on the payment service provider selected during the ordering process, we pass the payment data collected for payment processing to the responsible financial institution and, if applicable, to commissioned payment service providers or the selected payment provider. In some cases, payment providers collect this data themselves if you create an account with them. In such cases, you must log in to the payment provider using your access data. The privacy policy of the respective payment provider applies.

We use a shipping service provider located in a country outside the European Union. The transfer of personal data to this company takes place solely to the extent necessary to fulfill the contract.

The same applies to the transfer of data to manufacturers or wholesalers if they handle shipping on our behalf (drop-shipping).

4. Email Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the data required for this purpose or separately provided by you to regularly send you our email newsletter based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending a message to the contact details listed above or by using the unsubscribe link provided in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address from the mailing list unless you have expressly consented to further use or we are legally permitted to use the data beyond this scope.

5. Social Media

Our presence on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram serves to communicate actively with customers and interested parties and to provide information about our products and promotions.

When visiting our social media profiles, personal data may be automatically collected and stored for market research and advertising purposes. Usage profiles may be created using pseudonyms and used to display advertisements within and outside the platforms that are likely to correspond to user interests. Cookies are generally used for this purpose.

This processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in optimized presentation and effective communication. If consent is requested by the platform provider, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
